Duo EmYo, as multidisciplinary artists, we explore aerial and ground-based disciplines as well as stage direction to bring sensitive, immersive worlds to life. We seek emotion in suspended moments, poetry in effort, and transform movement into a true language.
Coming from elite-level gymnastics — rhythmic gymnastics for Emeline, artistic gymnastics for Yoann, both former members of the French National Team — our journey has taken us from international stages to prestigious collaborations, including Cirque du Soleil, Cirque de Paname, SALTO, and Ohlala.
Today, we also lend our artistic vision to other creative projects: artistic direction of SALTO by Salto Natale in Switzerland, artistic support for the Paris Fireman Brigade at Cirque d’Hiver Bouglione, and acrobatic design for the Closing Ceremony of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
We also assist in the creation of acts, with the ambition of revealing the unique voice of each artist.

Our signature piece is a dance trapeze duet - a poetic creation where acrobatics meet fluid movement. It is both a technical feat and an emotional expression, embodying the essence of our duo and the uniqueness of our world.

Mirror of Soul is our signature show — a poetic creation where circus becomes a language of emotion.
Through dance, acrobatics, and aerial acts, we explore the reflection of the self and the meeting of two souls, between shadow and light.
At the heart of the story
In Mirror of Soul, the two beings, Emeline and Yoann, move through parallel worlds, separated by a mysterious mirror. Each searches for what they lack, traversing deep emotions, doubts, and desires. Their journey, woven with dance, acrobatics, and poetry, leads them to confront their own reflections and imperfections.
The mirror, sometimes a barrier, sometimes a gateway, ultimately brings them together. United, they discover themselves as twin flames, guided by an invisible force. In a final aerial act, they rise, their souls finally entwined. The stage closes on a gentle embrace, marking the end of their inner voyage and the acceptance of the other as a mirror of oneself.
A story of love, duality, and wholeness, where body and spirit dance together toward unity.
